Hi everyone!
Just a quick hello from beautiful Denmark. The weather finally turned, so we headed directly to the beach. As we enjoy quiet mornings in Lejre (outside Roskilde), set in the idyllic green surroundings of the Danish countryside, it could not be a more relaxing holiday. Far away from the noise and the hectic life in the city.
This weekend we will attend a little midsummer village fair, with arts and crafts, music and lighting of bonfires. I know many of you also are celebrating, so I just wanted to stop by and wish everyone a wonderful time. Have lots of fun, enjoy the laughter, the food, the dancing and each other.

Men så vacker bild du tagit, Lejre, jag älskar Danmark! De har ju inte de maffiga som tar andan ur en i Norge, alla fjordar och höga berg men det är ngt annat magiskt, och kontinentalt...Jättefinbild i af, hoppas du har det bra, men ser att vädret ännu är ostabilt och en aning för kallt för årstiden....

Så härligt Aina! Danmark är verkligen speciellt. Jag och Mia var till Ledreborg och Honning og Flora och man vill liksom inte åka därifrån. Nu sitter jag här och längtar tillbaka..... Underbar bild!

We visited all Denmark for our honeymoon and we are deeply in love with the country. Outside from Roskilde we remember Jillinge and a beautiful typical KRO.

ReplyDelete... lived once in a house with open beams of a strength of 25 cm by 25 cm across the ceilings, hence my bathroom shelf was made matching to this just the style the flower pot display is showing - only rustic timber shelves used instead. Looked brilliant!

Its summer and we have to embrace it by going to the beach. Go play with the sand, swim, sunbathe or just inhale the fresh hair. Hmm. Rest and relaxation coming up.
